Notice for Processing

  • Livestock Delivery Required before 9 A.M. on your scheduled slaughter date.

  • Cutting instructions must be provided before or at time of drop off.

  • If instructions are not provided, we reserve the right to custom cut using standard cuts

  • Slaughter Fee for Beef is $135 (Includes one week of hang time, $5 per day after one week)

  • Slaughter Fee for Swine is $75. (Hogs are skinned not scalded)

  • Cutting Fee (Includes packaging and labeling) for beef is $1.10/lb (Minimum cutting fee of $375.00 per head)

  • Cutting Fee for Swine is $.85/lb.  (Includes packaging and labeling)

  • Processing costs for Bacon, Ham, Sausage, and any smoked items are in addition to slaughter and cut fee.

  • Lambs and Goats are a flat fee of $250 (not including sausage processing)

  • Lambs must be sheared before slaughter.  $25 charge if wool is more than 1” long.

  • All meat must be picked up within 7 days of notification of completion.  ($5.00 per day storage fee after 7 days.)

  • $30 charge for beef over 30 months

  • All products must be paid in full upon pick up.

  • Unloading at our facility means you accept these terms.
