    Fresh Sausage (loose or 7” links) - $2.25/lb

    **50lb Minimum per flavor for sausage processing

    Breakfast Link Sausage -or- Specialty Sausage - $3.25/lb

    Smoked Sausages - $2.25/lb

    Canadian Bacon S&S - $2.75/lb

    Smoke Ham Hocks - $1.00/lb

    Scrapple $2.00/lb    (70 pounds of meat yields avg. 180lb of finished product)
