- Hams Smoked Only - $1.25/lb - Hams Smoked & Sliced - $1.75/lb - Bacon Smoked & Sliced - $3.00/lb - Fresh Sausage (loose or 7” links) - $2.25/lb - **50lb Minimum per flavor for sausage processing - Breakfast Link Sausage -or- Specialty Sausage - $3.25/lb - Smoked Sausages - $3.25/lb - Canadian Bacon S&S - $2.75/lb - Smoke Ham Hocks - $1.00/lb - Scrapple $2.00/lb (70 pounds of meat yields avg. 180lb of finished product) - We offer standard cure or a no nitrate. - **Please make sure you specify which curing style when submitting instructions! - **Hogs are done in batches and not individually for example no processing is done by the half.
