Whole Beef Tenderloins available! We take the whole tenderloin and trim it before cutting your steaks or roasts. Roasts will be tied for even cooking. Whole tenderloins average 6-8 pounds before trimming. Once trimmed you will lose an average of 40% of the start weight!

Cooking Instructions:
When cooking a meatloaf, it's best to thaw it in the refrigerator overnight for even cooking.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the meatloaf in a baking dish and cover it with foil. Cook for approximately 45-60 minutes (for 1lb) and 1.5-2hrs (for 2.5lb) , or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Use a meat thermometer to ensure thorough cooking.
