Whole Beef Tenderloins available! We take the whole tenderloin and trim it before cutting your steaks or roasts. Roasts will be tied for even cooking. Whole tenderloins average 6-8 pounds before trimming. Once trimmed you will lose an average of 40% of the start weight!

Please note: We are offering several options for ordering our Whole Beef Tenderloins. A $20 online deposit is required for each Whole Beef Tenderloin order.
